How to Mark as Safe Sender:
Mark sender with the @7fold.io domain as a safe sender. This most importantly notifies the algorithm guardians of the internet you want to hear from 7fold and helps establish a positive sender reputation!
- Option 1
Find the email > Right-click > Junk > Never Block Sender Domain (@7fold.io) Repeat for the Teachable auto-generated emails.
- Option 2
Find the email > Right-click > Add the Domain @7fold.io to Safe Sender List. Repeat for the Teachable auto-generated emails. - Option 3
Find the email in Junk Mail folder > Drag + Drop it onto your Inbox folder
See screenshot below. If not in your Primary inbox, see the Spam folder (#2) then drag + drop to Inbox to fix.
Also check other tabs at the top (called ‘Labels’ by Gmail) to ensure the 7fold emails were received.
